MATORAN

The most populus species on Volkerra, most Matoran are responsible for charting the endless wilds and harvesting an invasive substance named mana. For centuries it has afflicted local wildlife with unusually aggressive behaviour, which Matoran must now contend with in their efforts to contain the crystalline mana deposits and cure Volkerra of its ill effects. This treacherous task requires training in both self defence and in their ability to detect the substance, using their dormant elemental powers as a guiding compass.
